Tips
When you are cooking einkorn pasta, or any pasta – add a pinch of salt to the water and a dash of oil before dumping in the pasta. The salt helps the water to boil and the oil helps so that the noodles don’t stick together!
How long does einkorn taco pasta last?
If you have leftovers and would like to save them. Place them in an airtight container and keep them in the refrigerator. They will stay good for 3-5 days. Cooked pasta doesn’t freeze well when it is combined with other ingredients like sauces or cheese. While you can freeze it, the texture will not be as good when reheating. Therefore, I don’t recommend storing it long term in a freezer.
For he satisfieth the longing soul, and filleth the hungry soul with goodness.
