In a medium saucepan, cook the 12 oz einkorn pasta according to the box instructions.
Set a large frying pan to medium high heat and begin browning the 1 lb ground beef.
Once the ground beef has fully cooked, add the 1 Tbsp taco seasoning and ½ cup bone broth and cook for about 2-3 minutes.
Once the liquid has been absorbed, add the 8 oz cream cheese block to the frying pan.
Turn off the frying pan. At this point, you may have some excess grease, if so, you can drain it at this time or use paper towels to absorb it out of the pan.
The pasta should be done at this time as well. Turn off its heat and drain the water out of the pasta.
Transfer the meat into the pot with the pasta and add the 8 oz (225g) sharp cheddar cheese into the pot as well.
Mix everything thoroughly until the shredded cheese has melted.
Once the cheese is melted and everything is combined, it is ready to serve. You can add the recommended toppings first before eating!
