When I was a new bride I was not a great cook. I had to learn from many trials and errors until I got the rhythm of the kitchen.
This was one of my first recipes that I perfected. Though it is simple, the flavor and taste won’t let you down!
Additionally, it takes less than an hour to make this meal!
Admittedly, I am not a huge pasta fan. However, my husband loves pasta.
So naturally, I incorporate pasta dishes from time to time. This one always makes me happy and I enjoy eating it with my family.

- Once all the spinach has wilted, stir in the 1 cup parmesan cheese.
- Stir until cheese melts.
- Finally, pour sausage mix over the pasta and mix well.
Tips
- If you have left overs, you can keep in the fridge for 3 days.
- This doesn’t freeze well.
- If you don’t have olive oil, you can substitute with bacon grease or lard.
- If reheating in the oven, cover so that the top layer doesn’t dry out.
Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God.
