Notes

Storing kefir ranch dressing

Since it is so easy to whip up, I make it in small batches when we need it. Often times, there aren't any leftovers! However, if you do have leftovers, it is recommended to keep in the refrigerator for no more that 1 week. Kefir milk is a living beneficial bacteria. Alone, it can be refrigerated for up to 6 weeks, however, the mayonnaise and other ingredients may begin breaking down quicker and become bad after 1 week.
