Homemade Whipped Cream

Once you have had homemade whipped cream, can you really settle for store bought again? This homemade version is so easy to make. Best of all, it only requires three ingredients and a mixer. It's dangerously easy to make!

- 450g heavy cream
- 15g maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
In a large mixing cup, or tall mason jar, add all the ingredients: 450g heavy cream, 15g maple syrup, 1 tsp vanilla extract.
Using your whisk attachment, whip ingredients until the desired consistency is reached. This will be around 1-2 minutes.
Serve on your breakfast or dessert!
This will keep in the fridge for about 3 days. You may see some natural separation occur. This is normal and you can stir it together.
