Turning on your mixer to medium low speed, fully combine these ingredients.
Once your batter is ready, scoop batter into your waffle maker and cook until yours beeps.
We serve immediately and top with my Homemade Whipped Cream, fruit, peanut butter, and maple syrup!
This recipe makes five fluffy, crispy, delicious einkorn waffles. They are very filling, however if you're a large family like mine, I highly recommend doubling or tripling this recipe!
Tips for freezing: If you'd like to freeze for later, I highly recommend placing square parchment paper between each waffle. This will help so that they don't freeze together. When you're ready to reheat, pop them in your toaster. I usually break them in half before freezing, since they are large, and toast half in each toaster slot.
