Einkorn Biscuits
Perfect einkorn biscuits! Make them for a side with dinner, have them with a slab of butter and jam, or my personal favorite, biscuits and gravy! You really can't go wrong with this recipe!

- 240g Einkorn Flour
- 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Salt (omit if using salted butter)
- 45g Butter
- 30g Sour Cream
- 110g Milk
Preheat oven to 375℉.
In your bowl of your standing mixer, combine all ingredients: 240g Einkorn Flour, 1 Tbsp Baking Powder, 1 tsp Salt, 45g Butter, 30g Sour Cream, and 110g Milk on medium-low speed.
Once all the ingredients are combined in a large clump, turn off your mixer.
Then divide the dough into 5 equal parts.
Shape each part into a round flat disc shape, about an inch thick.
Place them on your prepared baking sheet and space your biscuits at least 1½ inches apart.
Bake for 14-18 minutes.
Serve warm!
